In this role, you will gather/analyze project data and determine if services are being utilized, are effective, and provide consistency, along with identifying gaps/trends, and recommending/implementing changes as required.

  • Art Teacher (Independent Contractor)

This IC/Leave Replacement Teacher would be responsible for teaching the following courses at the times listed below:
 
Visual Arts: Mondays and Wednesdays P3 (10:36-11:21)
This class is comprised of a small group of upper elementary-aged students who work on diverse mixed-media projects, including traditional art disciplines, engineering & science in art challenges, and crafts. A typical class begins with sketching from life or imagination followed by work on a multi-class project. Leave replacement teacher would have the creative option to use recommended projects provided by the regular teacher or create their own! 
 

Illustrating Mythology: Mondays P7 (1:48-2:33)
This class is comprised of a small group of upper elementary-aged students who build illustration tools while discussing mythology. Students focus on one scene of one myth for several weeks,exploring different illustration tools and techniques (drawing human proportions, using marker, creating dynamic compositions, etc.). Again, leave replacement teacher may continue with the plan laid out by the regular teacher or create their own!
