+ FRED COFONE —Essay Specialist

Old Greenwich native and Syracuse University grad Fred Cofone knows that your college-bound student has a story to tell.

Thousands of students across the country can boast the same GPA or standardized test scores as your child. But only your child can claim his or her unique set of life experiences and style of expression.

The personal statement and supplemental writing pieces provide students with a chance to engage admission officers in a way that numbers on a page cannot. It's not an opportunity that should be taken lightly, and even the best writers need an editor.

As a member of Greenwich Education Group's College Counseling team, Fred is dedicated to helping students write effectively about where they've been, so they can get where they want to go.
