Vicky founded Greenwich Education Group (GEG) in 2003 and is the President of all GEG divisions. She is also the Director of Day & Boarding School Advisory Services. Vicky began her career as a teacher in the Stamford Public Schools and went on to teach in the Greenwich Public Schools. She is deeply knowledgeable about the academic curriculum in both public and private school arenas.

Peggy brings a unique perspective to a wide range of day and boarding schools. Graduating from Denison University with an MA in English and history, she comes from a business background in advertising, media sales, executive recruiting, and residential real estate sales. With experience assisting her own children throughout the search and application process on both coasts, Peggy currently helps families find the “best fit” schools for their children, guiding them throughout the process.

Paige Baldwin is an Educational Consultant and Coordinator for GEG’s Day & Boarding Advisory Services. With four daughters of her own, they’ve run the gamut from public, junior boarding, boarding, day schools, and college. She started with GEG in 2019. Paige loves connecting with families and finding the best fit school for each of the unique children and teens she works with. Paige received her BA from Lake Forest College. She worked in public relations and marketing in New York City and Connecticut before deciding to teach elementary-aged children.
